What is Upbound Media Group?
Upbound Media Group LLC • (UpMG) • is a media services company of my founding in 2014. I am Donald, or Don, it’s founder and solo operator, though I often partner with local service providers frequently on regional offerings. I have three services launching Early 2025. I will publish updates to the launch schedule here, and emails are currently open for interested persons and parties.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve built my portfolio through a mix of collaborations and commissions across my earliest interests in photo and video. “Upbound Content” highlights quick, clean capture of content. “Upbound Solutions” refers to longer-term work that involves bespoke consultation and production. “Upbound Moments” focuses on capturing personal and intimate moments.

Step 1 | Aim
We start by stating your goal clearly, out loud, and sharing it with others until the vision reflects back unmistakably. I help you articulate a precise, written, and verbal post-consultation objective for your enterprise. The impacts you seek will define this aim.
Step 2 | Audit
The audit runs through every production phase. We review the details, the digits. Transparency is critical. The more open you are about your enterprise and personal blockers, the more honest the process becomes, and the more effectively we can scaffold short-term gaps while managing long-term solutions. No steward of enterprise—be it entrepreneur, business owner, artist, or organizer—is without areas for growth. The ones who engage with those gaps seriously reach their goals faster.
While we work, I bring my experience to serve as your adviser, ensuring space for you to remain the unique steward of your vision.
Step 3 | Act
Now we publish. Now we launch, sell, speak , and monitor. Together, we act on what we captured, sharing your work with the community and the wider world or targeting specific audiences or demographics. Feedback is collected and analyzed, allowing us to refine and respond to how people interact with your content. We stick to the plan while adapting to challenges as they arise. Execution through expression.

Variations on My Vision
These logo mockups represent the different services and branches of Upbound Media Group LLC. The Penrose figure, a recurring geometric paradox in my visual identity, symbolizes the idea of always pushing forward. It embodies the paradox of infinite progression—forever moving but never repeating.
This represents the unique spirit of my work. Always endeavoring. Always upward. Always Upbound. The process doesn’t stop, because expression is a continuous journey when I am rigorously true to myself. Upbound Media LLC is launching services in late January 2025 starting with Upbound Content, quickly followed by Upbound Solutions in February 2025. Upbound Moments will be serving clients in the spring, summer, and fall months of 2025. Winter engagments will be booked on an ad-hoc basis for Upbound Moments.
