The Backstory
At the close of 2023, amidst personal obligations and family care, I received a timely invitation from Rebel Jones of Triple R Productions. Her client, KLEECHI Eyewear, was hosting a red-carpet event to unveil their 2024 line, and she asked me to capture the night’s festivities. Though my schedule had been consumed by family responsibilities, I seized the opportunity for an evening of creative work.
What We Did
Rebel coordinated all event logistics, while I focused on capturing behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with attendees. The evening was a joyous celebration of fashion, artistry, and collaboration. I am proud to have supported KLEECHI’s media product release, samples of which can be found on YouTube. Upbound Content provided event capture services and post-production support for this project.

Grand Entrance at Twilight
We had no discrete plan. We left her house not but two hours ahead of midnight. My wireless microphones are quite the interference from all of the increased cell phone traffic on New Year’s Eve. I jumped out of her car, through on a backup mic on top of my camera setup, ran across the street and hit record. The next three hours preceded from their elegant adlibbed entrance.
